Problem with printer default paper size

I have one machine out of 20 that refuses to pick up the default paper size
set in the printer preferences section of the printer setup. The machine is
running W2K and is using the same drivers as the other machines that are
picking up the setting correctly. I have tried changing the paper size to
A3 and then to a4 to try and force it to change but to no avail. Has anyone
else had this problem and/or know what to change or where to look to fix
this.

Send an e-mail to support@digital-metaphors.com and specify the exact RB
version that you are using - there may be a patch that will help. Although
it is very strange that only machine does not work properly. There must a
difference somewhere?
