Hello
How to create two independent(section) subreports under such conditions:
both have the same pipeline and the 2-nd continues on the same page as the
1-st ?
Now the 2-nd subreport always starts from a new page howerer
there is no any restriction to do it.

starts on a new page?
It sounds like you need to use child type subreports (not section) and force
a page break programatically on a dummy group. Here is an example:
