DatePicker calendar - wrong dates in calendar

We have an issue reported (and recreated) where the drop-down calendar in
RBServer is not showing the correct dates for the year.

See the attachment - 1st Jan 2009 was a Thursday, not a Friday.
Similarly, 01/01/2010 is a Friday but is showing in the webtier as a
Saturday.

We are in the UK so our regional settings will be set to English(United
Kingdom), if this makes any difference.

We have reproduced this on our own servers and it has been raised by a
customer on theirs.
Using RB Server 11.03 (Delphi 6).

Please update to RB 11.06, this issue has been resolved (actually it was
resolved a few updates ago.)
