Does Server edition supports Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 C#?

I am looking into upgrading to Report Build Server edition and I need to
understand which developing tools I can interface with Report Build on an
ASP.Net environment.

Here is an rbWiki 'How To' example that shows how to use ASP.NET with the RB
Server WebTier.

Any version of ASP.NET should work.
