Group Footers and subreports

I'm running Delphi 7 and RB 7, and I've got a report where the group
footers contain a subreport with memo fields. If the memo fields stretch
beyond one page then the second page is created but is empty. Any ideas what
I'm doing wrong. I need the memo fields to continue onto one or more pages
if required. The group footer is set to create a new page.
