ANN: PDF Device patch available for ReportBuilder 9

For those of you experiencing the issue in which the PDF device exports a
blank page when viewed in Adobe Acrobat, there is a patch available to
address this problem. Contact support@digital-metaphors.com requesting this
patch if you are interested. Please include the version of Delphi you are
using.
