Margins not saving
Hi,
When in design time, I go into pagesetup, and change the Top and Bottom
margins from 0.25 to another number. (I have tried various numbers, both
greater than, and less than the default 0.25).
If I hit the OK button, and then choose File->PageSetup, I can see that
these margins HAVE saved.
However, as soon as I press the Print button, or choose the Preview tab, the
margins changes are not shown on the preview. If I close the preview (or
wait until printer has finished printing, if I chose Print instead), and
then view Margins under PageSetup, they have defaulted back to 0.25.
This is quite frustrating. Can someone please assist me?
(I'm using Reportbuilder 7.03 on Delphi 7 Ent, Win XP Pro with 1GB Ram).
Thanks & Regards
Adam Hair.

A subreport has the same printersetup properties as the parent report,
unless it is set to PrintBehavior of pbSection. A section style subreport
always starts on a new page - thus it has its own page space and can have
its own margins, page size, orientation, etc.

I see. The problem I had was that I was choosing File->Page Setup when I was
looking at a subreprot - and not the main report. I wasn't aware that their
was a seperate Page Setup for each subreport. It works if I focus the main
report first, before going ahead.
Thank you.
Adam.
