header band

edited April 2004 in Subreports
Hi,
My subreport spans over 2 pages...thing is, I have labels for columns which
i want printed on both pages, once where the report starts and again when it
goes onto the next page. I tried putting the labels in header band but it
doesn't show up - it shows up, understandably, when I put it on the Title
band but only once....any ideas on how I can achieve this.

cheers

    ------------------------------------------------------------------
Tech Tip: Subreport header/footer bands do not print for
    Child type subreports.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------

For a subreport set to pbChild, the header/footer are not supported.
A child type subreport prints on its parent's page space and
therefore behaves more like a memo.

    Options:

    1. Use Title/Summary band.

    2. Use GroupHeader/GroupFooter. If you need to repeat the header
when a page breaks then then you can create a group and
    set StartNewPage to True.
