Unassigned Pipelines for Main Report of Subreport

I am writing a report that has 2 subreports in the main report. I have tried
to remove the data pipeline assignment for the main report. It will not
delete. Any suggestions?

    From the Report Designer, select Report | Data. Then from the dialog select
    the option for .
